My Initial Impression

 Hello Everyone!! back again with my blog today where i will tell you what i have learned before. This week we are back to working on the assignments given on the syam ok portal, totaling 6 numbers consisting of 25 numbers in it. This quiz is not much different from last week's quiz where we listened to the audio then chose the correct answer from the three available options. difficult? of course it's hard. plus my hearing is still not good, I have to repeat the audio several times to understand what is being said in the audio. I think this quiz is very challenging because if we pay attention and also listen to what is said in the audio, we might be confused because of the three options that have their own similarities. and also when we listen to the same word but has a different meaning it is a challenge in itself to understand what is meant in the audio. quiz this time I can train myself to be better at listening again. The quiz this time is about essential sentences which consist of important words consisting of 10 parts and the total quiz is 125 numbers. the first part of the quiz was a little easy to do but in the middle I had a hard time. I think the level is difficult enough that I have to listen to the audio over and over and also I am pressed for time while working. the techniques that I can use when working are using simple 5W and 1H techniques like what, why, when, where, who, and how to pull the required information. and also we can take information from the entire question text by paying attention to the details of the question whether it asks to define, analyze or explain. The topics in this quiz are quite a lot such as events, accounting, banking, phamarcy, shopping, hotels, hospitals, etc. so that I can increase my vocabulary when doing quizzes. Hello everyone, this week is back again with a listening course where every week we are trained to improve good listening skills. This week begins with us entering the syam.ok portal to record attendance, then continues by pressing one of the sentences under attendance, which is one way to enter the google meet room link. At google meet meetings we learn to practice and improve our listening skills. To further practice our listening skills, our lecturer repeated last week's quiz by playing the audio from the quiz via Google Meet and we were asked to answer the questions. the material discussed is about the similarity of sounds where the spelling looks the same but has a different meaning. after the audio is played we are expected to raise our hands then answer the questions in the audio, then look for statements that are close to the question (similar sound) . The quiz this time is quite different from the previous quiz, where the difficulty level is increasing and the problem is getting more and more challenging. The number of quizzes that I was working on was 65 numbers consisting of three parts, namely in the first quiz there were 25 numbers, quiz two 25 numbers and the third quiz totaling 15 numbers.
